Ching Hoon (Enid) has worked in both the acute and community settings for more than 15 years.
She is conversant in both English, Mandarin, Malay and many other local dialects.
She has vast experiences working with adult and elderly with physical, cognitive and other chronic health issues. These include stroke, traumatic brain injury, falls, dementia, depression, oncology and pain (not exhaustive).

Jovin Ho Hui Yueh

Hui Yueh (Jovin) has over 18 years of experience in the social, community sectors and home-based settings. She has worked with elderly with various physical and mental conditions such as stroke, dementia, depression and cognitive health issues.
As a mental health provider, she is highly sensitive towards individual's emotions and needs. She adopts a client-centric approach so that her clients can regain optimal functions to achieve quality of life in their golden years.

Vicky Neo Rui Ling

Vicky is a Senior Physiotherapist with over 11 years of experience working with a variety of clients who require rehabilitation. Some of the conditions seen are stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, head injury, spinal cord injury, post operative rehabilitation, dementia, falls, arthritis etc.
Vicky is passionate about getting clients better, and she especially like working with the elderly. With a vast experience in acute hospitals, private and community sectors, Vicky has helped many clients improve in their mobility and improve their quality of life. With her patience working with elderly clients, she believes she has an affinity working with the elderly. Vicky is fluent in speaking English, Mandarin, Teochew, Hokkien, Bahasa and some Cantonese.

Ngan Wei Teng

Wei Teng graduated with a Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy with Honours. She has more than a decade of working experience in various setting such as acute hospitals, community hospitals, day rehabilitation centres, nursing home and home care, across various disciplines, namely geriatrics, orthopaedics and neurology.
Wei Teng is committed to provide client-centred care to her clients while journeying with them through their recovery. She finds immense satisfaction while helping her clients to regain their functional capabilities.

Priscilla Leong

Priscilla has over 7 years of experience working in various healthcare settings include community Hospital, Day Rehabilitation Centre and COVID-19 Treatment Facility. Her clinical experiences span across providing assessment and intervention for the adult and elderly population. This include but not limited to diagnosis such as stroke, dementia, fractures, cancers, chronic conditions.
Her cheerful disposition and positive mindset allow her to build rapport quickly and work closely with clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals. She is fluent in communicating with English, Mandarin, Cantonese and some in Hokkien and Malay.
